We offer a completely FREE podcast production consultation. This can be arranged via all the usual remote meeting platforms, by phone or in-person.

Do you offer a bespoke service?

Every job and budget is different and we would rather work with you than not. What you are buying into is professional experience and advice from our team, many who have and continue to work for the BBC, ITV, Global Radio and Sky.

How much does it cost?

Producing an audio (podcast) or video (vodcast) is not as expensive as you might think.

Here are a few things to bear in mind:

• Is it audio only?

• Will it be a video production?

• Remote or on-location?

• Do you require an on-going series?

• Will you require a host/presenter

• How many guests will be taking part in each episode?

• Platform distribution (i.e. Apple, Amazon, Spotify etc)

What equipment do I need?

If you've never recorded before, don't worry. For a very modest price, we can advise on the right kind of microphone and a good pair of headphones. This helps if you are recording with us remotely. We use professional remote recording software that allows us the capture your audio or video in the highest quality.

Will you travel to record?

Many clients like us to travel to record. We supply all the equipment, mixer, microphones, cables etc.

Can we record remotely?

Yes, this is something we specialise in, remote recording has become very popular. We use special software which enables us to record in high quality audio or video.

How long should each episode be?

We always recommend that a podcast episode is as long as it is interesting, in other words, avoid repetition and keep to the facts and the story. There is no set duration but ideally between 20 and 30 minutes.

Will you produce an introduction?

Yes, this is something we strongly recommend. Known as a 'top' and 'tail', this is a pre-produced piece of audio or video mixed with a suitable piece of copyright-free music that is played at the start of each episode to establish and position the show. The 'tail' is played at the end as a call-to-action directing listeners to your website, social media platforms etc. We recommend a different voice for the 'top' and 'tail' as it would sound odd being the same voice as the main podcast host. The price for this is included in the overall production.

Do you offer a discount?

A discount of 20% will be applied to any booking of 10 or more episides, this applies to audio and video recordings.

Deposit and cancellation fee

Depending on the number of episodes agreed, we request a deposit of 50% of the final fee - the balance is paid upon completion of work. A full refund will be made if a cancellation is made within 72 hours. If made within 48 hours of a recording session, 50% will be refunded.
